Mr. Merida has played a key role in promoting foreign investment and trade in addition to sponsoring investment projects between California and Latin America.  He is the Chairman of The Los Angeles Metropolitan Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and has been part of several Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, specially The California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce

Mr. Mérida has organized and led institutional, commercial, trade, and investment missions to Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panamá, Peru, Brazil, Ecuador and México, including an official institutional Mission of the State of California to Central America to seek Natural Resources and Environmentalist Projects for Business owners and investors ready to work and sell their products related in water products, Electricity, Agriculture and construction

In charge of Real Estate Dept and mantain new and established clients and investors relationship.  Perform sales/marketing presentations for new projects and to the public relations about Logos services. Follow up with owners/investor to answer questions and resolve concerns.

She is in charge of the Public Relations with the Hispanic Market real estate owners/investors by hosting dinners, training and performing mass presentations. Generate referrals and build personal relationships with each client and close sales by signing contracts.
